What is the time service delivered by Mednautix to clients?
MedNautix offers time service of 13.5-14 days, to retrieve records.
How paper records are managed by Mednautix?
Paper records are not handled by us. In fact, the doctor’s office sends a copy of paper records directly to our clients.
How do we handle customer service calls?
All incoming calls/e-mails from Insurance Companys are handled by our best qualified representative.
All Physician’s offices calls in regards to APS Requests are diligently handled by our Inbound representatives.
How call escalation works in Mednautix?
We have supervisors available on floor all the all time to adress any escalation and resolve at the earliest possibiltiy
Escalation to Customer Service in US are done using internal link through which agents directly e-mail to get issue resolved.
How does Mednautix handle credit card payment and secure the cards from fraudulent activity?
Every employee dealing with Credit card payment is required to sign PNC Agreement.
These provided cards are restricted for payment only to hospitals and doctor’s office
The card information is stored in secured protected file not accessible to anyone apart from the user.
Payment transaction is done only on phonse and is never written and sent to facility/Doctor.
What Secutiry parameters are follwed by Mednautix?
Secure Smart Card, Secure premises login.
Network and Windows Login, PC Locking.
IT Access Agreement signed off by every employee.

What measures Mednautix have for Data protection?
Considering this as pivotal in reducing outsourcing risk, we sign a NDA with the client and with our staff.
We have setup strong firewalls/VNC for inbound and outbound security.
Each Systems has been secured to disallow any external storge devices.
Each systems is secured with password protection.
Strong anti-virus software implemented at both server and client level.
Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the office premises.
